On October 4, 2025, AAIM convened at the AC Hotel Marriott, National Harbor, Maryland. One hundred professionals. Four panels. One room that understood exactly why it was there. The conversation moved through the full scope of what it means to operate at the highest level of the beauty profession. Influencers building cultural currency. Chemists and innovators pushing the boundaries of formulation. Owners and operators building businesses that last. And advocates doing the hard work of moving beauty policy into public and political spaces where it belongs. That evening was proof of what AAIM is built to do.
