On October 4, 2025, AAIM convened at the AC Hotel Marriott, National Harbor, Maryland. One hundred professionals. Four panels. One room that understood exactly why it was there. The conversation moved through the full scope of what it means to operate at the highest level of the beauty profession. Influencers building cultural currency. Chemists and innovators pushing the boundaries of formulation. Owners and operators building businesses that last. And advocates doing the hard work of moving beauty policy into public and political spaces where it belongs. That evening was proof of what AAIM is built to do. Not to host a show, but to hold a standard.

Do you offer virtual attendance?
Some sessions are livestreamed for registered remote attendees. The full experience, however, happens in person. Virtual access is limited and sells separately from in-person tickets.
Is there a refund policy?
Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the ticket price but can be transferred to another attendee. No refunds after the summit begins.
What's included in registration?
Your ticket covers all sessions, workshops, and networking events. Meals and materials are provided. You'll also receive access to our community platform for ongoing connections after the summit ends.
Can I attend multiple events?
Yes. Many professionals attend several summits throughout the year. We offer package pricing for those registering for multiple events. Contact us for details on bundled rates.
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets open three months before each summit. Early bird pricing is available for the first two weeks. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified the moment registration opens.
