On October 4, 2025, AAIM convened at the AC Hotel Marriott, National Harbor, Maryland. One hundred professionals. Four panels. One room that understood exactly why it was there. The conversation moved through the full scope of what it means to operate at the highest level of the beauty profession. Influencers building cultural currency.
